General Terms of License

The author has licensed this software as "Shareware " , allowing its use without charge , indefinitely, although subject to the following LIMITATIONS :

• The Linternad LEd SOS need to use permisions of camera to access and control the Camera LEd for lighting pourposes.

• The simple installation and / or execution of software involves the acceptance , by the user , of the above limitations and the " Terms of Use " detailed below, in ALL its terms , being bound by them . If you do not agree with any term of these Terms of Use shall not be entitled to the installation and / or use of the software. 

• The user has the right to use the software but not the ownership.Therefore, the user may NOT decompile the software or use any reverse engineering for analysis or modification.You may NOT distribute copies of free software installation system to other users. 

• You must use the procedures and discharge locations specifically authorized by the author of this software.

• You may NOT , under any circumstances, use software to carry out illegal activities. Sale is not permitted in any way , the software.

• The software is distributed " AS IS " . By this agreement the mastermind of the software is relieved of all liability for the use that the user of the software. 

• User assumes all risk of using the Software.

• You understand that the software is provided " AS IS " and may contain imperfections and / or errors that couldcause problems and / or damage to some systems and / or data. 

• The copyright owner shall not be responsible for any damages directly or indirectly caused from the use or inability to use the software, or for the effects on the operation of third party software or operating system .

• The user agrees to accept all responsibility for any damage caused by or in otherwise resulting from the use and / or misuse of the software , either directly or otherwise . 

• The copyright owner of the software is not bound in any way to provide any software support , except by agreement or contract that covers this aspect and on the terms agreed in the same.

• The copyright Owner  reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Software (or any portion thereof). The proprietary  shall not be liable to Customer or to any third party for any suspension or discontinuation of the Software.
